    Finally, I’ve figured out how to loose weight without changing my life. When I discovered the things that were making me and the rest of the world fat I took them out of my diet and immediately started loosing weight. They are in order of importance: 1. Partially hydrogenated oils 2. High fructose corn syrup 3. White flour 4. Orange juice (fresh squeezed is OK) 5. Soft drinks 6. Artificial sweeteners

    The things that should be integrated into your diet are: 1. Virgin olive oil 2. Apple or grape juice (without high fructose corn syrup) 3. Lays baked potato chips instead of bread 4. English muffins (without high fructose corn syrup or partially hydrogenated oils) instead of bread 5. Nuts 6. Green vegetables

    There’s more to this diet but this pretty much outlines a great way to jump start a diet.
